Invoice versus Statement

As you may have noticed we are sending you both invoices and statements in the mail or via email (if you signed up for electronic billing).  We are sending these as in effort to keep you better informed about your account with us.  So what is the difference?

INVOICE - We send an invoice immediately after your delivery.  This is done EVEN if you prepaid for your delivery.  The reason for this is to provide you confirmation your delivery has been paid for.  Please note, if you are budget customer we are also sending you a statement each quarter so you are aware of any budget payment balance you may have on your account.

STATEMENT - We send a statement to customers who have not paid for their delivery.  Our terms for credit approved customers is payment 15 days after your delivery.  Should we not receive a payment by the 15th day we will send you a statement.

As mentioned we are doing this to keep you better informed of your account with us.  This was brought to us through customer recommendations.  Please keep recommendations coming in we love to hear what you have to say!
